Angelica + Marcel | Early Morning Cultus Lake Maternity Session

Do people still read blogs? I haven't blogged anything for a solid 2.5 years going by my last post, so we'll see how this one does! I feel like photographers are more focused on making reels now and that's taking all our energy...so I guess we can blame Instagram for not letting us just post pretty pictures anymore! Haha

This maternity session turned out to be a lot of last minute decisions, but it worked out in the best way possible! We had our date set for a while since these two were visiting from Pender Island, but the time of the session and the location were literally decided the afternoon before since we had a few things up in the air. I hadn't ever shot in this specific location, or shot at Cultus early in the morning, but the time of day gave this location a unique look to it that I am here for!! So although I can't say I'm an early morning person, it was definitely worth it for these results 😍

Angelica is rocking two of our bump friendly client closet dresses as well! I loved her choices, they went SO well with the backdrop!
